Performance Coaching for Individual Athletes
Get one-on-one coaching for your student athlete and watch them reach their biggest goals! All coaching is tailored to their individual needs, as well as understanding and strengthening their mind-body connection. For example, improving confidence, rebounding quickly from mistakes, and facing performance challenges.
Mental Performance Coaching
for Small Groups
Learn proven sports psychology and neuroscience based techniques with a group of like-minded athletes, coaches, or parents. Small groups are one of the best ways to learn, as you get individual help and benefit from the opportunity to connect with the other members of the group. Small groups meet 1 hr/week, in person or via zoom, for 7 live group coaching sessions.
